Hello,

I wanted to drop a note and personally thank you for visiting our web site. We are very excited and thrilled to have you. As President of Kenzie Kapp, I feel it is important to share some background knowledge of me.

As a little girl, I was obsessed with the 120 box of Crayola crayons and coloring in the lines. My dolls were always dressed to the nines, and I, myself, changed clothes numerous times a day (still do.) ;)

At the age of six, I discovered my Grandma’s Sewing Room. I became intrigued with all the gadgets, machines, threads, and fabrics. Over the years, my Grandma taught me the basics of sewing. Under her watchful eye, I was able to create and construct my Senior Prom dress.

My enthusiasm for fashion followed me to college. I attended the University of Cincinnati where I graduated with a B.S. in Fashion Design from the nationally accredited Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning Program. This experience was amazing. It challenged me creatively, mentally, and physically. I was able to work, travel, and live in fabulous places including Miami, New York, LA, and various other cities in the US and across the pond. I absorbed everything these places had to offer in terms of style, ambiance, creativity, and design.

After college, interior decorating and the art of gift giving took center stage. I began decorating rooms, houses, condos, and office spaces. I also created special and unique gifts for events, individuals, and companies.

My next stop, led me to event planning at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. There I had the opportunity to contribute my talents and skills to some of the most exciting and extraordinary parties and events in Las Vegas.

All of these experiences have led me to the creation of our company, Kenzie Kapp. I believe Douglas Adams said it best, “I may not have gone where I intended to go but, I think I have ended up where I needed to be.” We look forward to hearing from you!
